another piece of research that slipped through the net

I was looking at this while I was researching my last project as for a while I was going to base my graphics around the evolution of games consols and graphics. This all changed and I never blogged much of the research so at least this piece can go here as part of PPD. It was interesting because it was made as part of a final degree project from an Australian University. The programs used are listed: Maya, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash, and the time spent (4 months!) A really nice piece but I wouldn't want to spend so long on the same project. There is a lot of 3D work here which isn't something I know anything about, but the concept would have worked as a 2D aftereffects piece as well I think.
